Chef Marvin learned his first culinary experience from his mother.

 

A young boy growing up in a small fishing town in Honduras. At a very young age he started cleaning fish and working on fishing boats. Later in life he found a passionate for cooking seafood, which became his culinary masterpiece. We are proud to have Marvin Garcia as our Chef de Cuisine.
