​Company History Founded in 1999, under the name Gables Chicken Grill, the growing chain evolved into Chick-N-Grill. During the next few years, the chain grew very quickly with new stores and the acquisition of several existing restaurants that were converted into Chick -N-Grill locations.

In late 2007 Chick-N-Grill was acquired by CNG Acquisition, which is comprised of the Senior Management Team that runs one of the largest Pizza Hut franchises in the United States. Chick–N-Grill is unparalleled in the Going Green Movement, leading by example and reducing our footprint on the environment. Along with our great food and service, our franchise business position is to be a healthy alterative in the Fast Casual segment.  Chick-N-Grill offers the convenience of Dine In, Take Out and Delivery service. Chick-N-Grill has no MSG or Trans-fat in any of its menu items. We are proud to offer our guests the highest qualityand absolute freshness I n all our products.
