Repair, Service and Inspect

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) mandates that fire alarm systems in protected premises be tested regularly. In addition, local fire codes and insurance companies may require more frequent testing. OMBS Security System, LLC's staff of trained technicians can regularly test, inspect, service and repair your fire alarm system to meet all required codes and facility specifications.

OMBS Security System, LLC also offers 24 hour central station monitoring that allows for the constant management of your systems. The entire system is programmed to communicate with the appropriate authority - the local fire department, our central station monitoring service, and your company representative - based on the type of trouble signal received.

Fire Alarm Runner Service

As of September 14th, 2009, all properties in Miami Dade County with an existing Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler system will be required to obtain a UL/FM Fire Alarm Runner Service maintenance contract with a certified Fire Alarm company. This code will require any property with a Fire Alarm/Sprinkler System to enter into a contract with a Licensed/Certified Fire Alarm Contractor to provide “Runner Service” with a maximum two (2) Hour response time.
