What We Do

We offer many services to help keep your sprinkler system working and your building safe.

   Fire Pumps: Annual inspection & flow test of fire pump.

   Fire Pump Controllers: Annual inspection & testing of fire pump controller/transfer switch.

   Back Flow Preventers: Annual inspection, testing & certification.

   Fire Hydrants: Annual flow testing & certification.

   Standpipe Systems: Annual, semiannual or quarterly inspection as required.

System Upgrades & Retrofits

Fire sprinkler system upgrades are often required to meet the needs of a tenant build-out or as a modification to an associated system such as fire alarm addition, 40 year inspection, fire pump, etc.

An upgrade can also improve areas of detection, notification, and water-flow. Older fire sprinkler systems are much more prone to incidents involving corrosion, poor detection, and maintenance costs.

OMBS is fully trained on installations of new fire sprinkler systems, underground work, fire hydrants and standpipe systems. Every system upgrade and retrofit is fully supervised and manned by at least one Lead Technician and their helpers.

The project is also visited several times a week by a General Manager and Director of Operations to insure that the process is smooth and timely.

Our in-house Engineering departments use their vast industry experience to help to make your upgrade and retrofit an affordable, efficient and well organized process.
Additional Services​

   Micro Biological Testing (MIC) of water within Fire Sprinkler & Standpipe Systems.

   Upon completion of each individual device inspection (a trademark service of OMBS), an additional report listing deficient devices along with respective repair prices is provided.

   24 hours, 7 day a week service.
